How long does it take to process an order?
Our orders are normally processed in 24 to 48 hours during regular business hours. Orders are not packed and shipped on weekends.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We are unable to accept checks or money orders.
How can I manage my account and track my orders?
Please go tot the My Account link on the right side of the top of the page. There you will be greeted with a dashboard where you can see your order history, stored shipping addresses and payment methods and account details.
I made a mistake with my order, what do I do?
Please contact customer service as soon as possible so we can prevent an item from being shipped with an error or shipped to the wrong location.


Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all footwear shipped within the United States. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii do not incur additional shipping charges. You will see any charges for any other type of items in your cart before checkout.
How long does it take to receive an item once shipped?
Shipping times vary depending on the shipping location and destination, but most items should arrive in 4-5 days. We ship through various carriers and locations in an effort to optimize delivery time. Once an item ships, you will receive a notification with tracking number so you can track the progress.
Do you ship to Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we offer free shipping to Military APO/FPO addresses, however these orders do require additional processing times and will take longer to reach their destination.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship outside the United States at this time, but we do plan to offer international service in the near future.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an order?
Yes, you can return your order within 45 days of purchase as long as the item is in UNWORN and NEW condition with COMPLETE packaging, including the box and all accessories and contents that came with the shoes.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you may exchange an order. When you process your return, please indicate the desire to exchange and the item you would like to replace it with. In the event we are unable to exchange an item, we will process the order as a return.
Can I use my shoe box as my shipping box?
No. You must package your shoe box inside another box or shipping sleeve. In the event that the box is damaged by adding address labels, stickers or is marked or altered in any way that would prevent us from selling the returned item as new, we will assess a $20 box fee.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Once an item is returned, it must pass through a quality inspection before any refund or exchange can be processed. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing and then 24-48 hour later the refund has been processed to see the item reflected in your account.
